Last night I knew what to say but you weren't there to hear it

Damnit, Hedi. I want to be you so bad. So much. Someday...

chase away the winter blues

I don't handle winter very well. It just seems like...
A) end of the year, I'm always stressed with the mixture of holiday shopping and overwhelmed with work because everyone goes on vacation except me, leaving me to do everything.
B) dry dry skin! argh! my face, my body, everywhere. hate that dry winter skin feeling
C) static. my hair is flying everywhere and I fear opening doors, because of the static shocks.
D) nothing is ever warm AND cute enough. i'm bundled up to the max and not looking cute. the angora hair from my sweaters bother my eyes.

the solution? let's all go to Australia!

you're so damn hot

I love this video. This is the new "I'mgoingtowatchthiseverytimeifeelsadorsomething" video. Because I just love it. Silly, I know. But what's better than watching Damian. Exactly.

watch 24 seconds into the video, my fav.

you don't love me at all
but don't think it bothers me at all

So I don't have to dream alone

Aromatherapy for people who can’t fall asleep. Me. I have bad insomnia. So, I bought all of the above. Two body washes and a lambie doll. But, lately, it’s been so cold, I can’t get myself to jump in the shower at night. I prefer to do it in the morning. Which is bad because I can’t use these products in the morning. I need to change my routine. But I really like these. They’re from Bath and Body Works.

I'm obsessed with military-esque looks. I want all of the above. Obsessed, really.

She makes me move magnetic forces and super glue

Yesterday was the Christmas sweater fest at the Echoplex. I wanted to go, but I didn't. Or couldn't. This weekend was crazy busy running errands. Also, I did not have a Christmas sweater to wear. The lineup was awesome though: Deadly Syndrome, Castledoor, Happy Hollows! I love them all! Love! Yes. I love my LA bands for sure. Maybe next year I will wear a super rad sweater and go so I can win.

I need you around

I've been in a major funk lately and the sh*ttiest mood today. Can't really describe it. I need to recharge or something. It's like the stage after your burnt out and having your world rocked again emotionally when you were settling down. Oh, emotions... And I broke my nail last night while bowling. I totally suck at it. Only did it because it's free. Yeah... So somebody...

"I'm lost and I need to be found
Crazy as it sounds, I need you around"

but I'm not happier than you

Random files I had saved on my desktop. Love the looks, right? On black Friday, I went out late in the afternoon and there was so much traffic everywhere, the gas stations had lines, I couldn't even get into the mall parking lot. I just came back home. I decided I would do online shoping and go early in the morning Saturday. It was funny.

God Save the Queen

I am obsessing over this jacket. So gorgeous. I need it. But I can't afford it. Look at the quality and the tailoring. Drool. And it's so punk rock. I would totally wear it with black skinny jeans and my fav Sid Vicious tee shirt. Or maybe with acid wash jeans. Sigh...

Let me guess you're in a band

So there is a show called "Frock Me" in the UK, hosted by Alexa Chung and Henry Holland. Creative fashion styles, strutting to live bands like The Kooks, pointy oxford shoes, piano suspenders, drumstick in the hair, omg. Why are there no shows like this in the US? Omg. I love this.

Btw, I told my sister, if we were in a band wearing lots of frocks, I would begin the set by screaming "are you ready to frock & roll?" (of course, I thought of this before ever hearing about this show, ha!)
